SHIPPING AND RETURNS

After your order is successful, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail (please also check your SPAM inbox). In this e-mail, you can see your order overview and your order number. You will always receive a track & trace link from us by e-mail, which allows you to see exactly when your new vintage gems will be delivered to your home. To ensure you can shine in your new outfit as quickly as possible, we ship items the next working day.

 

 

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: Orders from €74.95 are shipped free of charge. If your order is below this amount, you will pay approximately €5.75 to have your package shipped via DHL.

 

Belgium: Orders from €74.95 are shipped free of charge. If your order is below this amount, you will pay approximately €6.95 to have your package shipped via DHL.

 

Europe, rest: We do not yet ship for free outside the Netherlands/Belgium. The costs charged for this depend on your location.

 

The shipping costs you pay are standard costs from the delivery service.

 

 

What is the delivery time?

From Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the next day. Our shipping partner aims to deliver your package the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Different delivery times apply for orders abroad. You can check these with the delivery service.

 

Which parcel service will my order be shipped with?

We ship all our packages with DHL; you will always receive a Track & Trace link by e-mail so you can track your order.

 

Can I track my order?

You can track your package via the Track & Trace link you receive in your confirmation email! This allows you to see exactly when your package will be delivered. If the link does not work, you can also track your package via this link: https://www.dhl.com/nl-nl/home/traceren.html.

 

 

Can I return my order?

Unlike many other vintage clothing stores, you can return your items to us. This can be done within our return period of 14 days. After returning, you will receive shop credit that you can easily use to choose something else. The shop credit does not expire, so feel free to take your time!

Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

 

 

How can I return my order?

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

2. Choose a parcel service of your choice.

3. Ship the package to a location of your choice. 4. Send an e-mail to info@ripsvintage.com with the items being returned, your order number, the track and trace code, and the reason for your return.

5. Keep your proof of shipment safe!

6. You will receive your shop credit for your returned items within 14 working days of receipt of your return.

Requirements for returns:

· Return the item in its original packaging.

· Place the item neatly in the packaging, as you received it.

· You cannot return items that have been worn and do not have a tag attached.

If your return does not meet the above requirements, we will be forced to refuse your return.

 

When will my return be processed?

Once we have received your return, it will be checked and processed within 14 working days of receipt. Once this process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code for your shop credit. You can easily choose something else with this.
